TOURING

Take a scenic drive and enjoy sweeping ocean views and dramatic rocky outcrops views along the 12 kilometre Bunurong Coastal Drive between Inverloch and Cape Paterson. Stop along the way to explore the unspoilt beaches of Eagles Nest, Shack Bay, The Caves, Flat Rocks to name a few.
WILSON'S PROMONTORY

"The Prom" is the southern most tip of mainland Australia and offers spectacular scenery of huge granite mountains, open forest, rain forest, sweeping beaches and coastlines. A 75 minute drive will take you to Tidal River where you can enjoy a variety of walks. On the way stop at Squeaky Beach and wander along the famous white sand.
PHILLIP ISLAND PENGUIN PARADE

Experience one of Australia's most popular attractions. Each evening at sunset, the Little Penguins return to shore after a day's fishing. Its a 45 minute drive from Inverloch. If you are a motosport enthusiest you can check out the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit on the way, or stop and enjoy chips & fresh fish straight from the boat at San Remo Fisherman's Cooperative.
WINERIES

South Gippsland and Bass Coast is a cool-climate wine region with wineries from Phillip Island to the foothills of the Strzelecki Ranges producing high quality varieties such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. Harman Wines is just 6 minutes up the road from Inverloch, and Lucinda Estate Wines & Ciders is located on the edge of Leongatha some 26 kms away. Both have cellar doors (check open times). A visit to some of our local wineries makes for a nice drive through the hinterland rolling hills & rich dairy country nearby.
WALKING / BIKE TRAILS

The Screw Creek Nature Walk, a 75 minute return walk from Eugenie's takes you past the jetty, along the Inlet foreshore, over the boardwalk, salt marsh and mangroves of Screw Creek and up to a lookout on Townsend Bluff with gorgeous views over Anderson Inlet. A great way to start the day.
GEORGE BASS WALK
BASS COAST TRAIL
Bass Coast Rail Trail, is a mostly flat bike ride of 13 kilometres stretching from Wonthaggi to Kilcunda. Pass by remnants of the coal mining days and wetlands, open farmland with views of wind farm turbines and along the coast with its roaring surf, sandy beaches and views of Bass Strait Cross. The Kilcunda General Store or Kilcunda Ocean View Hotel make for a good stop before the return ride.

ATTRACTIONS

Inverloch was the first place in Australia where dinosaur bones were found, and you can head to the Bunurong Environment Centre to see some on display. Visit the nearby State Coal Mine in Wonthaggi for an underground tour.
SURFING

Offshore Surf School at 8 Ramsay Blvd is only few doors up from Eugenie's. They provide surfing lessons and have a range of equipment for hire including surfboards, stand up paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel packs & bikes. Phone 0407 374 743
GOLF

Inverloch Par 3 golf course (Devils Dams) is fun for all ages and abilities. Just out of Inverloch it has 9 holes & a Cafe offering homemade country meals & cakes.

MARKETS

The Kongwak Market is held every Sunday, rain, hail or shine. Its a diverse market with collectables, retro, vintage and second hand items, plants & books. Good coffee, yummy curries and music. From 10am - 3pm.
Inverloch also has two Sunday Farmers Markets every month, one on the third Sunday and the other the last Sunday of each month.
